In the last three + years I’ve been having some drama. My eyesight was getting really bad. My teeth were in such a state that it was painful to eat. I had a wound on my back that would not heal.
The work on my eyes was over an extended period of time. It included four surgeries. I grew weary but God was faithful. My friends and family provided the many trips to Iowa City.. The care was top notch. My eyesight is better than it has ever been.
Then I had to deal with my teerh. That too required surgery. After six weeks healing I was fitted with dentures. I can now eat without pain. Once again all needs were met,
The next drama was the wound that would not heal. It turned out to be cancer. I had an excellent surgeon and the operation went well. I am now cancer free.My surgery went well. But the healing went better. Within ten days of the surgery I had no pain and discontinued pain medication.
Many rides, many hours, many prayers were provided by my friends, my family, and my church. God put me in good hands and healed my body. I am thankful for HIS faithfulness…and the favor and support of His people. THANK YOU ALL who were a part of this physical restoration.
